The Senior Brand Manager is a self-starter, who builds relationships with their client and internal peers, oversees the internal and external processes related to the management of projects, ensuring that the work that is produced is strong, accurate and that all client deadlines are met.  


  • Possess a solid understanding of client’s business and use that knowledge to strengthen the work
  • Keep the client informed of all project timelines and alert them to any potential delays
  • Develop/review all client-facing materials including presentations, marketing strategies, media recommendations, ongoing reporting dashboards to ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrate a clear, persuasive and confident  presentation style
  • Review and evaluate all plans, proposals, work and ideas/output to ensure that work meets objectives/strategies, client needs and agency quality standards
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients; demonstrating a strong presence and partnering with clients to meet all project goals
  • Ensure cross-functional agency collaboration that delivers strong work output
  • Manage client budget, scope tracker and adhere to agency’s financial policies (timesheets, expense reports, estimates, purchase orders, proformas, invoice submissions to client etc.)
  • Manage junior level brand team to promote individual career growth and team improvement


  • 3-5 years’ experience, agency experience preferred
  • Experience executing multi channel campaigns including creative, digital media and analytics
  • Proven ability to manage work across multiple accounts 
  • Solid record of developing strong client relationships
  • Strong client presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with others and gain trust of clients and teammates
  • Understanding of financial processes in an agency environment
