The Connelly Partners Digital Brand Supervisor is responsible for management and oversight of day-to-day digital initiatives of agency clients. The Digital Brand Supervisor is instrumental in the development and implementation of key strategic and tactical digital projects to ensure successful execution, delivery and success metrics.  Additionally, the Digital Brand Supervisor will actively participate in digital new business pitches and proposal development.


  • Integrate with existing account teams to take co-ownership of client relationships and digital projects that will help drive a holistic, successful marketing communications plan..
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, supporting their business as a strategic digital partner and resource.
  • Manage large-scale web projects and digital specific teams from strategy phase to project launch, including strategy development, digital deliverable development, project scheduling, budget management, and digital project workflow.
  • Maintains industry experience and knowledge of client’s business to generate that will impact client business in a positive and measurable manner.
  • Serve as a client leader on behalf of the agency's digital practice via professional communication, punctuality, follow-through and commitment to the client's industry and business
  • Assist in the development of digital recommendations, including gathering and analyzing industry and competitive information.
  • Partner with internal teams and departments to develop/review all digital client-facing materials, including presentations and digital marketing strategies, User Experience, SEO, Digital Design, Data/Analytics and Technology recommendations
  • Manage ongoing financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prepare for potential client questions.
  • Develop strong relationships with client peers and agency associates, managing digital workflow and client expectations accordingly.


  • 5-7 years’ experience in a digital agency
  • Versatile/adaptable – able to work in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to lead projects across multiple disciplines
  • Motivation to lead client relationships and projects
  • Solid record of developing strong client relationships
  • Strong client presentation skills
  • Intellectual agility and creativity to respond to changing demands and create new approaches
  • Proven client management experience
