The Brand Supervisor is a self-starter and leader with the motivation to take ownership of projects and ensure the success of implemented marketing solutions and communication plans. The Brand Supervisor is viewed by the client as more than a project manager, but as a business partner, strategic thinker, and resource.


  • Possess a solid understanding of client’s business and use that knowledge to strengthen the work
  • Study industry trends and research to remain abreast of potential business impacts
  • Seek out opportunities for new business with existing clients, recognizing opportunities to up-sell current offerings.
  • Apply strategic goals and objectives for client's business to project-specific work
  • Create and deliver integrated strategic marketing solutions that strengthen the client’s market distinction and competitive position and create account growth
  • Review and evaluate all plans, proposals, work and ideas/output to ensure that work meets objectives/strategies, client needs and agency quality standards
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients at multiple levels; demonstrating a strong presence and partnering with client to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure results
  • Ensure cross-functional agency collaboration that delivers strong work output
  • Demonstrate a clear, persuasive presentation style
  • Mentor and manage junior level brand team to promote individual career growth and team improvement


  • 5-7 years’ experience
  • Direct experience in digital media and analytics
  • Proven ability to manage work across multiple accounts 
  • Solid record of developing strong client relationships
  • Knowledge and confidence to lead clients strategically
  • Strong client presentation skills
  • Ability to lead multiple teams across disciplines to deliver strategically sound work 
  • Ability to mentor and direct multiple team members to drive individual career growth
