JOB PURPOSE

As an Integrated Producer, you know how to get things done. You'll work with creative, production and digital teams to make sure jobs run in and out of the agency on time and to the creative and technical standards we strive for.  You'll keep track of schedules and team assignments while interacting with our clients and working with all the people in the process to help create great work.


The Integrated Producer facilitates and adheres to project management and production processes (with a heavy emphasis on Digital) and works with all internal disciplines at the agency to make sure work is completed according to schedule and client requirements with a high degree of quality and profitability.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

The Integrated Producer works with the Creative Service Director and Director of Digital to make sure the right jobs are connected with the right people and things are happening.  You'll work with key stakeholders in creative, brand and digital and act as the glue that keeps the timeline and creative process moving forward.   You need to be cool, calm and be able to work with the teams to identify the issues that could come up, and help navigate past them. You know how to get things done and you help other people get their jobs done. 


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Act as the project management lead (and/or partner with brand management lead) to manage client relationships and client expectations
  • Coordinate project deliverables with a strong background in Digital project management
  • Serve as the key liaison with Brand Management, Creative, Production, UX, Digital and Web Development teams
  • Develop project plans and timelines, facilitate team and client meetings
  • Develop and maintain status reports, organize and lead status meetings
  • Work with discipline leads to staff projects and manage resources appropriately
  • Ensure proper change management documentation is executed as scope changes or project priorities shift
  • Manage, monitor and maintain project scope, progress and budget
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risk/impact and escalate/communicate appropriately
  • Contribute to creative process by assessing feasibility of proposed deliverables
  • Manage all out of pocket costs
  • Manage all project communication and documentation
  • Review all project deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Keep current on industry best practices, tools and innovations
  • Be an effective leader


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of relevant digital producer/project management experience in small/medium scale web dev projects
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Creative agency experience desired
  • Experience with PM collaboration and management tools
  • Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Strong presentation, vendor management and client management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and entrepreneurial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity (understand the reason behind the task), courage (discover and attempt new ways to execute things), capability (have competence to perform complex tasks well), collaboration (be able to work well with those around you)
  • Accuracy, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, flexibility and endurance are needed to juggle multiple disciplines, and tasks simultaneously in a time sensitive manner.
