JOB PURPOSE

As the Senior Analyst, you will lead and develop analytic strategy development, data analysis and reporting methodologies on behalf of clients. Responsibilities include helping to define measurement plans, specify tracking requirements, receiving campaign data, building reporting dashboards, collaborating with analytics and media team members on ensuring high-quality deliverables, deriving insights from data-rich environments and contributing to recommendations for driving omni-channel marketing performance. Your insights and recommendations will be in partnership with a cross-functional team including Media Planning, Ad Ops, PPC/SEO, Social Media, Account and Technology. You are primarily an individual contributor and increasingly seen as an emerging leader and mentor within the analytics team, as well as the broader agency.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Develop comprehensive measurement plans that serve as playbooks for campaign tracking configuration, performance reporting and in-depth analysis
  • Collaborate with media team and analytics co-workers to measure and analyze campaign performance
  • Partner with data solutions team members to integrate of data from disparate sources in order to generate holistic reporting to meet client requirements
  • Ensure accuracy of all key metrics and trends; effectively work with media and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve data issues as needed.
  • Assist in developing new processes for effectively capturing, integrating, and reporting on campaign performance
  • Adhere to the agency’s financial policies (including, but not limited to timesheets, expense reports, estimates, purchase orders, proformas, etc. Assessment to be determined by Finance via peer review.) 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative - ability to effectively work across agency departments
  • Strong verbal and written communication - ability to present ideas and insights to both internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm for the marketing performance measurement and analysis
  • BA/BS degree required (Masters preferred) + 5-7 years professional experience analyzing marketing performance data
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with a broad range of digital media types (e.g., paid search, paid social, programmatic, video/audio streaming, etc.) and the relevant performance metrics that get extracted from each
  • Familiarity with a/b and multivariate testing methodologies for websites (e.g., landing page optimization)
