JOB PURPOSE

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the day to day efforts of their team to coordinate the internal workings of their designated account/s. An Assistant Brand Manager will be listening, learning, questioning and getting a sense of what our industry, company and the brand they work with are all about.


POSITION NEED, TIMING

Please note, Connelly Partners is currently pursuing several new business leads. Should the agency be awarded the business for any of these new leads, we'll want to quickly build a team that can hit the ground running. So while a timeline for this potential position is not confirmed, we're interviewing now to identify strong candidates for potential future success.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

  • Learn and monitor the competitive environment and communicate industry/competitive trends to internal teams.
  • Participate and contribute to internal creative/media/social/PR reviews. 
  • Learn all aspects of the agency/client process and procedures and apply to day-to-day execution.
  • Proof all client-facing presentations.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and keep supervisors informed of any delays or issues.
  • Develop working knowledge of media, SEO, SEM and social media.
  • Organize meeting logistics and technical requirements.
  • Manage production of monthly invoicing for clients.

  • Ability to take direction from others
  • Comfort and ability to communicate with your team and your managers
  • Proactive drive to listen and ask questions w/ a passion for marketing/advertising
  • Ability to work well with others and gain trust of teammates
