JOB PURPOSE

The Brand Manager is responsible for management of the day-to-day initiatives of their designated account/s. The Brand Manager is instrumental in the development and implementation of new projects/plans as well as the ongoing maintenance of existing projects to ensure successful execution.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

For this particular Brand Manager position, you will act as the primary client contact and manager of all internal resources and staff.  This person should have a passion for the game of golf, knowledge of the sport and an appreciation for being a steward of the most iconic brand in the game.


Go-to expert of industry, market:

  • Pose a passion for Golf and working knowledge of the golf industry and the various professional tours

Client, team and partner relationship builder:

  • Develop relationships with client peers, agency associates and outside agency partners to manage workflow and timelines.
  • Work with external agency partners to ensure consistency in strategies, tactic and messaging.
  • Establish a partnership with client built on trust, confidence and respect.
  • Be a champion of great ideas

Manager of internal and external communications & workflow:

  • Lead day to day communications and client meetings, exhibiting a strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage multiple creative projects from initiation through delivery, writing briefs and using online project management software to ensure a flawless execution of all small- and large-scale projects
  • Develop/review all client-facing materials including presentations, marketing strategies, and creative deliverables
  • Ensure clients are delivering what the agency and team need to make the idea successful (reviews, approvals, etc.)


      QUALIFICATIONS

      • 3-5 years experience in a product marketing role
      • Minimum of 2 years experience working directly with clients
      • Must be proactive and collaborative
      • Exhibit a strong, innate sense of curiosity via strong listening skills, comfort in asking questions/getting to the ‘why’, and sharing ideas on how to solve client’s business objectives
      • Strong leadership & communication skills
      • Proven ability in executing multi-channel creative programs (digital, social, video)
      • Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously with confidence and poise
      • Exceptional project management skills
      • “Get it done” attitude
      • Solid record of developing strong client relationships
