JOB PURPOSE
The Search Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for the execution of a wide range of client projects and deliverables across multiple verticals within the paid search discipline. This person will have ownership of all day-to-day management of paid search campaigns as well as all campaign set up, optimization and reporting. This is a client-facing role that reports to the Media Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Day to day management of all Paid SEM Campaigns
- Onboarding new Paid SEM Clients
- PPC Campaign Set-up
- PPC Campaign Optimization
- PPC Campaign Reporting
- Management of multiple remarketing campaigns
- Work in concert with traditional and digital media planners and buyers to include Paid Search seamlessly into proposed media plans and strategies
- Leverage digital marketing analytics across multiple mediums to help inform marketing optimization decisions
- Interface directly with clients to provide clarity around paid search performance

- Ability to understand a wide range of business requirements and apply Paid SEM to meet those requirements with budgets of varying sizes
- Ability to concisely explain campaign performance to clients of varying levels of expertise
- Ability to multi task at the highest level
- Ability to work with internal brand managers to ensure timely approvals, development of creative assets and the proper trafficking of information
- Ability to leverage Google Analytics to gain performance insights necessary to make campaign and general, digital marketing optimizations
- Professional Certification:
- Google AdWords Certification
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience managing multiple PPC Campaigns at once in a variety of verticals
